How can I exclude my own pingbacks from the trackback list?

The plugin is prepared for filtering these pingbacks. They are recognized by the ip address of the webserver which posted the pingback. Go to the trackback options, and insert the ip address of your own webserver. Under the form is a javascript link. Click on it to let it insert the ip address automatically. (Screenshot 1).

In rare case is it possible, that your webserver uses a proxy and the address you need is the one of the proxy. Open manage/comments and have a look at the list. The ip addresses are shown above the comments. (Screenshot 2).

How can I work around the %BEG_OF_TITLE% bug?

Since the release of WordPress 2.5 some users reported, that their blog shows something like “%BEG_OF_TITLE%” instead of “Recent Comments” (or whatever they configured as title). The author of the plugin was not able to reproduce this bug until now (and hence not able to fix it), but it looks like the problem disappears, if you disable the cache option of the plugin:
